About Our Founder.

Monique is a first-generation professional who built a career transforming people and culture initiatives for organizations. With 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, leadership coaching, and inclusive workplace development, she has advised Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, K12s and universities.  Her professional passions includes multicultural program and policy design, workforce strategy and talent engagement, belonging initiatives, leadership and executive coaching, bias mitigation and conflict resolution.
